“ Dim sum feels like home. Always packed!! Gal at the cashier is super nice and fast. The staff is so quick. Don't forget the corner where they have extra section of food. ”
“ This our go-to place for dimsum lunch on a weekend before heading to the asian grocery. Our kids love the shrimp dumplings and shrimp noodles. We haven't tried all the dimsum varieties, but so far, everything's great. The only downside here is that you'll need to queue up quite a bit. It gets bus ”
“ We were invited to a wedding banquet! 10 courses Chinese banquet! Very traditional with crispy fried chicken with fresh crispy shrimp chips! Lobster and Sirloin steak! House Fried rice & Garlic stir fried noodles (for long life)! Service is very good and heard the restaurant was renovated! Nice venue for wedding! ”
“ I have been coming here for years, the food is good The egg tarts are the best. I ate them before we could take a picture. Usually I order more but we went next door to the market and ordered a chicken and Bbq spareribs. It has a huge parking lot but even that gets full. Chicken feet are great and the Chow foon noodle was tasty and good portions. ”
“ I have not had dimsum in very long time. I was told that China Pearl serves a very good dimsum by my cousins. So here goes. I ordered siumai, har gaw (shrimp dumpling), rice noodle with beef, sesame balls with lotus paste, and steamed tripe with ginger. They were all delicious, rice noodle is a bit chewy but tastes good regardless. Servers usually come around with cart, but most of them only speaks either Cantonese and/or Chinese Mandarin. Be sure to ask for their menu and point out what you want if language is an issue. The restaurant is huge and family friendly. It is almost a size of wedding venue. Despite its large venue, the ambiance is also intimate for small party (1-4 persons). ”
“ Our family had a baby party here (100 days old) for a set of twins. The food was really good in terms of tastes, presentation and portion. The lobster must've been at least 7lbs and huge. Its sliced up lobster meat over a bed of fruit salad, topped with mayo (served cold). All the other traditional plates were good as well. Keep China Pearl in mind not just for dim sum, but also for their dinner! The restaurant also has been renovated a bit and looked clean-ish. Plenty of parking in the huge lot. ”
“ Hands down the freshest dim sum to be found. I really can't find anything to complain about. Other than the other customers. And that they're cutting the portions on the dishes you get from the hot self service. All the dim sum is high quality and it's a night and day comparison with any of the dim sum joints in lil rhody. There are so many reasons for me not wanting to drive up towards Boston but every time I go I always feel rewarded to a great meal and the washes all my unwanted reasons for not wanting to drive all this way and burn 2hours of my day driving and not to mention the gas used for the trip. But I always get so upset during and after a meal locally. When my dishes hit the table and seeing what I'm getting and what it tastes like makes me wish I've had gotten up earier that morning TJ allow myself enough time for the journey north to Quincy. I'm finishing up some left overs from yesterday's feast. And I've to tell you all that I've always order extra food so I came bring home for later meals and even 5 day old takeout is better than the dim sum you get that sitting at places around here. The steam meatballs here is insane with all the cilantro and tangerine peels "delicious" and it stays the same size not like the local joints where after 5 mins the meatballs shrinks down to half it size. It gets deflated. Do try their fresh mango mochi, it's killa! But save some for me. So there's a reason for the long lines and mass crowds dining at the Pearl! ”
“ One of my favorite Dim Sum restaurants in the area! The restaurant is extremely spacious and well decorated. Plenty of parking available so never an issue when compared to the Boston options for Dim Sum. The line is usually long for dim sum, but it moves quick. There is a wide variety of selections on the carts and it's always fresh from the kitchen! Whenever we are craving dim sum we always go to China Pearl! Bonus: there is an Asian supermarket next door and you can do your grocery shopping after! The only thing I wish they provided as a standard on every table is soy sauce, chili oil, and hot mustard. You have to ask them for the sauces, and when you do, they provide you with a very small to-go container, even if you have a party of over 6 people. A little stingy in my opinion. Overall though it's a great place to have dim sum. The food is incredible and the carts come around really fast! ”
